I ended up with a stunning 2.55 ct oval-cut lab grown diamond ring with tulip prongs, a hidden halo, and a cathedral platinum setting. It's truly my dream ring. What made the experience so special was how patient and accommodating everyone, especially the owner, was throughout the design process. We made several changes along the way, tweaking different details until everything was exactly how we wanted it, and they were supportive and helpful every single step of the way.
The communication was excellent, they took the time to explain options clearly, and we never felt rushed or pressured. They genuinely cared about making sure we loved every aspect of the ring. The craftsmanship and attention to detail are incredible, and the final result exceeded all of our expectations.
