    Yes. When you use a prepaid shipping label provided by Sam’s Jewelers for an authorized resizing or warranty service, the shipment is fully covered under our insurance policy. Please ensure you follow our specific double-boxing instructions for maximum security.

  • Can I change my shipping address after an order is placed?

    For security reasons and to prevent fraud, we generally cannot change the shipping address once an order has been verified and processed. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately at 317-537-2400.

  • How will the package appear when it arrives?

    To prevent theft, our shipping labels use a discreet return address that does not mention "Jewelers" or "Jewelry." The box will look like a standard, professional parcel.
