Product Availability And Pricing
If you’re interested in a piece of jewelry that is currently on back order, call us and we can tell you when the item will be back in stock. Sometimes with the volume of orders we receive, an item may go out of stock before we are able to post a notification on the Site. If this happens, we will contact you directly to discuss possible options.
Data, including prices, may be inaccurately displayed on our Site due to system or typographical errors. While we make every attempt to avoid these errors, they may occur. We reserve the right to correct any and all errors when they do occur, and we do not honor inaccurate or erroneous prices. Lifetime Diamond Upgrade Policy
At Sam’s Jewelers, we want to help you celebrate your most important milestones. We are pleased to offer a Lifetime Diamond Upgrade policy for our customers who wish to upgrade their center diamond, diamond stud earrings, or solitaire pendants purchased from our store.
- Eligibility & Requirements
- Eligible Items: This policy applies to natural diamonds jewelry only
- Condition: The jewelry must be in its original, undamaged condition. Any jewelry showing signs of damage, abuse, or unauthorized alteration will not be eligible for trade-in.
- Certification: For certified diamonds, the original diamond grading report/certificate must be returned with the item. If the certificate is missing, a replacement fee may apply or the upgrade may be denied.
- Management Approval: Each upgrade request is subject to inspection and approval by our management team.
- Upgrade Value
At Sam's Jewelers, we offer a lifetime upgrade program for your diamond purchases. All trade-ins are subject to a professional quality inspection to assess the stone’s condition, including clarity and any potential damage. Please note that the upgrade program covers the diamond only; if your new diamond requires a different setting or additional precious metal for mounting, the customer is responsible for all associated service and material costs.
- Settings & Remounting
- Please note that upgrading the size of your diamond may require a new setting or a modification to your existing ring. Any costs associated with a new setting, metal upgrades, or labor for remounting are not covered by the diamond upgrade credit and will be the responsibility of the customer.
- Exclusions
- This policy does not apply to "downgrades" (exchanging for a diamond of lower value).
- Promotional or clearance items may be excluded from this policy at the sole discretion of Sam’s Jewelers.
- This policy is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

- Balance and Expiration
- Gift cards do not expire and there are no dormancy fees.
- If the total value of your purchase is less than the value of your coupon code, the remaining balance will remain associated with your unique code for future use.
