Sam was very easy to work with. He answered all my questions an took great care of me. It was quarantine so i couldnt get out and he made it very easy for me and sent videos and pictures and even shipped my jewelry and i recieved it in 2 days. When i recieved it my neclace looked even better in person.

I live in Maryland and I past up on all these other jewelers just to get some stuff from Sam.. and shipping is always super fast....A++++
